Junior Research Professor in Business (Half-Time)

This position requires teaching a total of three courses (graduate and undergraduate) per year and carrying out substantive research in the candidate’s field. We will consider candidates in one or more of the following subject areas: Marketing, supply chain management, e-commerce/management information systems, or finance.

We are looking for candidates who are heading for an academic career and are enthusiastic about research and teaching. Candidates are expected to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Ph.D. or doctorate in business administration
  • An active research agenda including academic publications in journals and/or conferences
  • Knowledge of key research methods in the area of specialization
  • Record of teaching excellence
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficiency in German language desirable but not necessary

The initial appointment will be for two years, renewable indefinitely.
