Tickets & Table Reservation

Webster Ticket Sales

There will be three on campus sales:

April 4-8, 2011: 10:00-13:00, 15:45-18:00
April 18-22, 2011
May 9-13, 2011

For Webster students and alumni outside Vienna, there is the possibilitiy of online purchase via credit card or bank transfer. For more information please send an send an e-mail to balltickets@webster.ac.at.

Ticket Prices

Advance ticket sales from beginning of April until Mai 13:

Regular / alumni ticket price per person:	€ 35
Student/2011 graduate ticket price per person:	€ 30
Opening committee ticket price per person:	€ 20
Table reservation per person (available are tables of 4 and 8):	€ 10

Ticket sales on the evening of the event:

Regular / alumni ticket price per person on evening of event:	<€ 50
Student/2011 graduate ticket price per person on evening of event:	€ 45

WIEN-TICKET Sales

Tickets are available at WIEN-TICKET with more than 60 ticket offices and telephone/online purchasing options. WIEN-TICKET will charge an additional € 6,00 markup.

Table Reservations

Table reservations will be allocated on a first come-first serve basis. In total, there are about 200 seats available on tables of 4 and 8. Please click here for the room plan. For questions regarding ticket sales and table reservations, please send an e-mail to balltickets@webster.ac.at.
