Eat like the Romans
On October 11th, 2011, students and instructors of class "GNST 2004: European Culinary History from Prehistory to the Renaissance" organized a Roman Banquet at campus. Recipes that have been lost for centuries were prepared and all Webster students, faculty and staff were invited to experience the flavors of the ancient Roman cuisine.
De gustibus non est disputandum! Togas and tunics were not required - but not discouraged either;-).
