The Admissions team is here to help you with any questions you might have before and during the application process. Our mission is to provide each applicant with sufficient information to help make informed choices about your university studies. By finding out about your academic background, goals and circumstances, we can help you identify the most suitable options at Webster to meet your personal needs and preferences. We can also arrange a campus visit, connect you with academic departments, arrange a trial class, and much more. We look forward to hearing from you!

Where to meet us:

• Weekly campus tours
  Every Monday at 15:30 we offer a guided campus tour which takes approx. 30 minutes.
• Open Information Evening
  This is an opportunity to meet the Admissions team, faculty, alumni, academic advisors, our financial officer and current students and to provide you with all information needed for your decision making process regarding a Bachelor or Master degree at Webster University.
• MBA/Master degree Information Evenings
  Get a glimpse of a graduate class with mini-lectures, mingle with alumni, faculty and staff and find out how you can combine study and work. Our Admissions team and finance department will also be there to discuss your individual needs with you.
• Free trial class

• "Schülertag"
  Schülertag is a yearly event for high school students and high school counselors. It is a full day event with mini lectures, presentations, panel discussions with current students as well as alumni. Lunch will be provided.
• High School Visits
  Our Admissions team regularly visits schools to explain the American education system, Webster University and our programs. If you are interested in our admissions team visiting your school, please contact us at sedlar@webster.ac.at
• Meet us at upcoming College and Career Fairs in your country!
  Webster University, Vienna is present at several education fairs in Europe each year.
