To apply as a none-degree student please send us:

1. A non-degree application form mailed to Webster University Vienna, Berchtoldgasse 1, A-1220 Vienna, AUSTRIA.
    
2. EUR 25 Non-degree application fee
    
3. For US non-degree students only: A letter from your current institution’s international student office (or equivalent) indicating that you are currently enrolled, and have the institution’s permission to enroll in courses for credit at Webster University (by name).
    
4. A photocopy of your complete tertiary level transcripts (UG and GRAD as applicable or high school transcripts from the last three years including the graduation date. If the degree and date received do not appear on the transcripts, a photocopy of the diploma(s) is required as well. Should the transcripts not be in English they must be translated by a certified translator and attached to certified copies of the originals.
    
5. Documentation of adequate English language proficiency (unless you are non-degree ESL only) – official TOEFL or IELTS score; an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree received from an accredited/Webster-approved US or other English-speaking University; or other verification as deemed appropriate by the ESL Coordinator.
