As a private, non-profit, non-commercial foundation, Webster University Vienna finances its operations solely through student tuition and receives no government financial support. To ensure that we can continue to offer the most advanced methods of teaching, we are grateful that students, parents, alumni, businesses and the local community share in and contribute towards Webster’s mission. Their valuable support allows us to provide much-needed scholarships, develop our academic programs, offer extracurricular activities, and maintain a campus that responds to our students’ needs.

Annual Fund

The Annual Fund plays an important role by keeping tuition affordable, by augmenting faculty professional development, by upgrading technology, and by supporting resources to enhance the students' experiences. Alumni gifts to the Annual Fund are important in that they reflect the pride in our education and alma mater.

Partners in Education Program

Webster University Vienna's Partners in Education Program has been changing lives for more than a decade. It enables gifted students, who otherwise could not afford a private, American education, to complete their academic studies by providing them the needed financial resources. More...

Sponsor an Alumni Event or the Graduation Ball

Throughout the year, the Alumni Association and the Webster Student Council organize numerous events. Make it YOUR event and address the exclusive target group of over 2,000 Webster alumni and about 600 Webster students. Yearly highlights are the Webster Graduation Ball organized by the Student Council, the Alumni Cocktail, and the Alumni Symposium. More on Alumni Events...

Other possibilities to contribute

  • Research Funds: support our faculty's research in various areas and new projects for our students.
  • Library Funds: continue to build our knowledge-resource base for students and faculty.
  • Unrestricted Funds: aid the campus director in funding critical projects.
  • Gifts-in-Kind: help enhance our facilities (such as furniture, computers, books, and technical equipment, etc.).

Webster University Vienna is a not-for-profit organization and an accredited Austrian private university. Cash and Gift in Kind donations to Webster University Vienna are tax-deductible in Austria according to the Income Tax Law §4 para. 4 (5a) and University Accreditation Law (UniAkkG) §3 para. 5.
