GUEST LECTURE: "Organized Anarchy: Which diplomacy  for a fragmented world?"
September 16th, 2010 at 3:30 pm, room OMV CC, 3rd floor

Speaker: Ambassador (ret.) Wendelin Ettmayer

Mr. Ettmayer has served as Austria's Ambassador to Finland, Canada as well as Head of the Austrian Mission to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
During the period 1977 to 1993 he was a Member of the Austrian National Parliament. He has published a series of articles and books on the conduct of foreign policy.

This lecture is held in the context of the course POLT 3310/50 - Diplomacy and Negotiation. It will be followed by a discussion on the transformation of diplomacy. All students, faculty and staff members are welcome. Please register with KarinKneissl40@webster.edu

THAILAND DAY
Thursday, September 9th two representatives from Webster's Thailand campus, Samrat Ray Chaudhuri (Associate Director) and Bruce Keele (Professor), are coming to Vienna to talk about the Thailand campus and its undergraduate and graduate programs there in Cha-am and Bangkok.
