Internship Opportunity in the Austrian Ombudsman Board

Webster graduate students in IR are invited to apply for a challenging internship in the area of international matters and communication at the Austrian Ombudsman Board. This is a great opportunity to launch a career in public policy.

You will work in the department “Internationales und Kommunikation”, which is responsible for all the external communication and the bilateral international contacts of the Ombudsman Board and is the head office of the International Ombudsman Institute coordinating 140 national, regional, and local ombudsman institutions from about 75 countries. Your key responsibilities will include amongst others the support of the head of the international and communication unit, the organization of various events, the handling of different international correspondence and any additional administrative support.

Excellent German and English knowledge is necessary. The knowledge of French and Spanish is an advantage.

It is a one year internship based on 40 hours per week.
