PSYC3350 Cognitive Psychology
This course provides an introduction to cognitive psychology and its foundations. Students will be introduced to important theories and research methods with major topics including perception, memory, language, perception and information processing, problem solving, decision making and creativity.
Discussions on the interplay of affect and cognition and the cognitive perspective on applied topics such as the EURO 2008 will be all subject of this course.
Prerequisite: PSYC 1100, PSYC 2825, and 6 credit hours of psychology, or permission of the instructor.
