Psychology Careers Unveiled!
Counseling at the Crossroads
Back by popular demand! Nine of Vienna's psychologists will be participating in this year's career exposé. The topics are:
- Assessing drivers
- Consulting in organizations
- Working with HIV/AIDs patients
- Providing treatment with biofeedback
- Aiding burnout sufferers
- Motivating & supporting athletes
- Diagnosing ADHD & learning disorders
- Understanding the occupational stand in Austria
- Acquiring the education & skills of a psychologist
- Drugs and prison
Each speaker has 10 min to introduce his/her job as a psychologist. Following these upbeat, fast topics there will be time to mingle. During the receptions there will be refreshments, information tables from the sponsors, book tables, time to try out the testing equipment, and a gift raffle (tombola).
