The Vienna campus main computer lab consists of 20 Windows Vista workstations. The computers are Intel Core2 Duo (3GHz) with 2 GB Memory, and they are available for use by students and faculty anytime the lab is open (Mon-Thu. 09.00-22.00, Fri 10.00-19.00, Sat 14.00-18.00). There are additional computer labs with 11 respectively 21 workstations. Each computer is equipped with Microsoft Office Professional 2007 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio 2008 and Publisher. There is a lab administrator on duty to assist users at all times. Students and faculty receive a free email address from Webster University which can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection, including your home or office. Most classrooms at the Vienna campus can use data projectors (Beamers), overhead projector, TV and VCR. |

| Printing in the lab and Library | ||
The Lexmark T642 Laser printer is the default black and white printer for the primary computer lab. Use of this printer is free for currently enrolled students. It is only possible to print on A4 format paper. The library has a Canon Color Laser Printer which can be used by students to print in color at a charge of 20 cents per copy, payable to the librarian on duty. It is possible to print on A4 and A3 format paper. |
