American citizens and green card
holders may be eligible to apply for various
forms of financial assistance from the US
Government (Student loans, Pell Grants, etc.). Most financial aid programs associated with American colleges and universities are restricted by U.S. law to citizens of the United States. Others are restricted for use only in the United States. American students can contact the Office of Financial Aid at the St. Louis campus for information about what programs they might be eligible for in Europe.
U.S. aid applications for students who are applying to Webster Vienna are coordinated by our Financial Officer/Financial Aid Coordinator Ms. Carina Starlinger-Mazelle. In order to qualify for federal financial aid at Webster University, students must first be accepted for admission to Webster University. Accepted students can obtain information and application packets from Ms. Starlinger-Mazelle.
Applications are available early in the calendar year, and should be completed before the end of the spring terms for awards to be granted the following academic year. Students whose applications for financial aid are pending should inform the Financial Officer/Financial Aid Coordinator, Ms. Carina Starlinger-Mazelle of their address and how they can be reached at all times.
Registration needs to be arranged a few terms in advance to ensure timely disbursement of financial aid awards. Students should keep copies of all financial aid material and submit them to Ms. Starlinger-Mazelle.
