Information on Tuition and Fees Payment

The tuition fee is payable on a semester basis by bank transfer or by online payments using Flywire. Scroll down to the "Payment Types" section for details.

Webster Vienna Private University offers the possibility to split tuition fee payments in installments during the main semesters (excluding summer terms) according to the payment models described below.

Students paying the full amount upfront can pay directly to our bank account (indicated below) without sending an application.

Students who want to split the payment need to apply for one of the installment payment models by emailing finance.students@webster.ac.at. Students who applied for a payment plan will receive via email a personalized payment plan with the payment deadlines and amounts. Please apply for the payment plan as soon as possible, ideally right after you register for courses.

If you register for courses after the first day of the semester, you will be automatically on the Full Payment Model, meaning that you may not pay in installments.

Changes of credit hours and related tuition fees will be adjusted after the add/drop/withdrawal period and at the end of the semester. Refunds will be credited to the students' accounts during the first week of the coming semester.

Please note that the selected Payment Model may not be changed during the semester.

Webster Vienna Private University offers two installment payment models (50/50 and monthly installments) for current and new students from a minimum enrollment of nine U.S. credits per semester for undergraduates or six U.S. credits per semester for graduate students.
